Shea Butter (4 oz)
I love how smooth and soft this shea butter is - we use it plain and also to mix in to lotion bars. I'm a little sad it's going away from Renee's shop; her DIY supplies are best quality! But rest assured that the supplies also hold up well when you store them. I bought a bunch just now and am confident it will stay fresh in a cool dark closet till I need it. I have bought these DIY supplies in the past and used them a year or two later and they have produced excellent quality products as usual. Thanks for all the great supplies and recipes!
I like this Shea butter. Unlike like some I have bought from other places which is as hard as a brick, this Shea butter is not as hard. It is easier to melt, makes any product you add it to, smoother and easier to apply. It is a very good product and I am sad to see it go.
The shea butter from Made On is the best I have used. My family exclusively uses the lotion bars made with this shea butter. I also give them as gifts and receive compliments! Thank you, Renae, for your great products and DIY yourself recipes and ingredients.
I really love the quality of this Shea butter. it does not have that strong "off" smell that so many other kinds have. I mix this with whatever essential oils my skin happen to need at the time.
I'm so sad that this shea butter is going away. Everyone in the family uses it from time to time to moisturize, but we mainly use it on our son's eczema. It really helps to hydrate his skin and keep his eczema under control. It's the best thing we've found for it and I"m sad I won't have a supply any more. I think I bought enough to last the next year or so. I may try the Simply Shea on his eczema later (I already use if for my face and neck, and it's wonderful, too!)
