Goat Milk Soap
I love goat milk soap but have never had this scent. I really like it and look forward to using it. Hand made soap is all I ever use.
We love your lavender goat milk soap. My grand daughter has eczema on her hands and it is one of the few that does not hurt or irritate her.
I have been using these soap bars in the shower for a while, but started using them for hand washing at all my sinks in the last year because all of the washing I was doing with my Branch Basics foaming soaps when covid started gave me a serious case of eczema on my knuckles.
I had to use medicated creams from my dermatologist to stop the flare because my usual go to’s didn’t touch it. (Lotion bars, coconut oil, tallow, etc.)
Once I got the situation under control and started washing with these soaps, I just went back to tallow as usual and my hands have cleared up.
(The dermatologist had told me I would have to wear cotton gloves and use medication the rest of my life because it would never go away. But it has been completely healed and clear for over six months now with no issues. So I am keeping a stock of these bars in my cupboard so I never run out!
My husband has eczema on his hands, knees and elbows. He’s been using the goat milk soap and it has definitely helped shrink his dry, scaly patches. He says he isn’t as itchy, so he isn’t picking at his skin as often. We started with the Milk and Honey. This time we are trying the Triple Butter to see how it helps. Thanks MadeOn!
This is my go-to soap. I have very sensitive skin, and this is one of the only soaps I can find that doesn't irritate it or dry it out. The bar lasts for a very long time too. My dad also enjoys the soap, as he also has sensitive, dry skin and is picky about which soap he uses. I do wish these came in a travel size - I cannot use most hotel soaps, and I would also love to put out a travel size in my guest bathroom - especially when my dad visits!
My dry skin loved this soap (first used in winter when extra dry), skin very soft. Summer use is fine for me. Mild soft smell to the soap, good for those who do not like perfumed products.
This is one of my 'new' favorite soaps. After working in the garden wearing gloves my hands get dirty, especially under the finger nails. This soap cleaned my hands without harsh scrubbing, leaving them so soft. The scent is really nice. Definitely a keeper at the kitchen sink!
Although I prefer the scented soaps (peppermint is my favorite), all of them produce a nice lather and do not dry out my skin. When I cut the bars in half, I seem to get more mileage out of them. They are great at cleaning my makeup brushes too!
Soap works great, less dry skin than other hand soaps.
