Natural Alternative to Shaving Cream

I decided to try this soap as I'm replacing chemical-laden products with all-natural alternatives. I ordered the Elderberry Sage and it smells amazing. It lathers quickly with amazing suds (much more so than traditional soap) and is easy to use. I find that using it to shave my legs can be difficult at times because the suds don't last as long as traditional shaving cream, so it's challenging to see where I've already shaved or not.

Superb.

Other commenters aren't kidding about how smooth and close a shave you can get with this soap. Usually, my razor passes leave a little bit of peach-fuzz-like stubble, but after trying this soap, I can get a glide that feels like the unwanted hair was never there at all. Just another of MadeOn's life-changing, skin-changing products.

Two thumbs up for Cedarwood & sage and unscented

I have used the shave soap for nearly two years. I initially bought the cedarwood and sage shave soap – thinking it was a manly scent – as a Christmas gift for a family member who uses a shave brush. He was open to the idea, but he preferred unscented (which I did later get for him, but I haven't yet heard what he thought of it). So I opted to use the cedarwood and sage myself. I was wanting to try a healthier soap option, so this was my chance. I really love it. The scent is crisp and smells earthy . And it makes a great lather. But then I was experiencing some skin issues, which stemmed from a reaction to prescription medication, so I switched to the unscented, – which is just as lovely. Both versions lather up really well and the bar is a good size. I have sensitive skin – and before the recent skin issues, they both worked great without any concerns. I look forward to when the unscented is back in stock.

My husband says 'I like it!'

My husband was having problems with the skin on his face being dry and flaky after shaving. I bought him this soap (and a brush and bowl to go with it from Amazon) and started him using it. He has been very happy with the results. His face has quit itching and his beard is easier to shave because the natural shaving soap softens his beard for a better, closer shave.
